I met with alot of obsticles along the way and took alot of turns..

But i wan him to walk the correct right from the beginning n avoid any pebbles as much as possible along the way..
That is the best i can do for my bro..

For those who are going into poly, many of u including myself, is not sure what u r gonna do after graduation..
Here's 1 piece of advice for u..
Yes.. Poly life can be damn slack if u choose to get an adverage result n get that diploma..
Its nothing difficult..
However, if u wanna continue studying n get into local unis, ur gpa better be at least 3.5..
If u wanna have a better selection of course or get into nus.. At least 3.8..
Ok its my turn to get e passport..

i've been really really busy these days..
other than sch work, i'm working part time during weekends..
as inline skating instructor!
Woot~!

okok.. i know..
i may not look sporty but but but~
i love skating & i've been skating since 7 yrs old =D

i self-learn back then..
but its very different from what u learn in skating class..
therefore, i have to go through skating class & instructor course before i can become a instructor..
(not easy huh~)

but that's not the worse..
you see..
its really not easy to teach the younger kids especially when they r on skates..
they can never be still.. even for just 10 seconds..

Well.. although they r a headache..
i simply LOVE the kids!
they r uber uber CUTE CUTE CUTE! =D

today while i was on my way to sch..
dis lady got up the bus..
she jus kept talking.. to herself.. or rather.. to her "friend"?

the thing is.. she speaks perfect english.. & seems like she is well educated..
but she looks into her reflection & kept talking to the reflection..
i feel kinda sad for her actually..

so i jus wanna advice pple out there not to stress too much on work..

1st time eating at dis japanese dessert restaurant..

actually we request the dessert to be served later..
but i think they forgotten about it.. Hmmm..
Anyway.. dis dessert.. i forgot the name..
its red bean paste with green tea ice cream in the center..
& those white stuff are tang yuan..
best of all the food i ate there..

oh yea.. its a cold dish..
the red bean paste is quite sweet..
but if u eat with the green tea ice cream.. it kinda make it not so sweet..
& the tang yuan is very soft but not sticky.. smooth & veri chewy..
its a MUST TRY dessert! very very nice!
erm.. i oso forgot the name for dis but if i'm not wrong..
sld be salmon with mayo.. or something like that.. HAHA!
veri nice too! & veri filling..
potato salad at the side..

dis is the worse of all.. we only manage to finish half a cup..
its too sweet.. chocolate blend with chocolate syrup..
so sweet that i feel my throat hurts while drinking it.. Gosh..

I realise that most guys do not know how to differentiate between
G-string, T-string, V-string, C-string bla bla bla..
(& its really annoying..)

so dis post is to educate the guys
& also to intro something interesting i found online =D

G-String
G-string: there is a small piece of triangular cloth between the straps..
above the buttocks but below the waistband...
suitable to wear with jeans/shorts.. (look kinda sexy..)
& will look like dis when its worn with a jeans =D

T-String
T-string: no cloth at the back at all.. there's a small piece in front..
suitable to wear with very thin or tight fitting or sheer dress/pants/skirts..
& dis is how it looks like with a sheer dress..

G-string VS T-string

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

i jus realise.. my blog is full of photos..
i think i really sld type more.. coz it has become like a photo album instead..

woke up at 2pm today.. half a day gone.. Zzz~
bath & slack till now.. 4pm..
haven even hav my lunch.. super hungry & i really feel like eating KFC 2 piece chicken meal..
HAHA!

i hope my bro will accompany mi for drunch..
today i will tidy my room..
i aim to make my room super clean..
& if i got extra time.. mayb i can plan to paint my room mayb tmr.. =D

sld i move my piano into my room?
its always super noisy in the hall..
dad watching tv, bro playing computer games, mum nagging bla bla bla..
but den again.. if i move in.. will it affect my studies & take up alot of space in my room?

My New Year's Resolutions for 2010

1) Spend more time at home with my family whenever i can

ever since sch start, the time i spend in sch is more that the time i spend at home..
i only come home to bath & slp.. even on weekends..
its been so long since i last watch TV i don even know wad to press for the channel i wan..

In 2010, i will "try to" spend every Sunday with my family..
have a meal together on the same table or something..
& I will try to make it happen.. (since no1 else cares & i hav no other choice..)

2) Control my temper

i know i m a very stubborn & bad tempered person..
i know it.. but i cant control myself.. its in my blood & i m like that since young..

In 2010, i will think carefully before i lose my temper..
i will accept what people say & stop being stubborn.. it will be very hard for me..
but i will try..

3) Aim to reach 45kg.. in a healthy way..

its quite impossible for me 1.64m.. to reach 45kg..
plus i m lazy to exercise, hate to sweat, no stamina to run bla bla bla..

In 2010, i will visit the gym or go swimming at least once a week..
i will also cut down on my food intake
& drink LS tea everyday so that i can loose weight effectively =D
(p.s. Sorry Eve i din start with u but i will start frm today onwards.. 加油加油!)

4) Stop being lazy

i am a lazy queen.. or sleepy queen.. whatever u think fits me..
YES! i sleep through the whole of Dec holiday..
& i don seem to get enough sleep..
dis is not effective at all.. no matter how much i slp i still feel tired..

In 2010. i will stop being lazy..
try to finish what i should finish as soon as possible..
Work more.. complain less..
since no matter how much i slp i still feel tired.. what for slp so much..
it's proven that even if i slp more i will still be tired..
might as well wake up earlier & do some work so that i can hav a better slp at night..
I aim to be like Eve.. always do the right thing at the right time..

5) Study hard & get better results

My result for last semester is a disaster..
i admit that i really did not put in enough effort..
& being too greedy & took too much modules when i know i cant cope..

In 2010, i will plan my time table properly & study effectively..
i aim to get only A & B dis sem..
& i hope i can do it.. i will work hard!!!
(Slap me if i don't..)

6) keep my room tidy at all times

mountains of clothes.. piles of notes & books..
tissues everywhere..

I will tidy my room today
& try to maintain it for at least the rest of dis year!

7) Better complexion

veri bad complexion.. cannot leave home without makeups..
sometimes i m so tired.. i fell asleep without removing my makeups..
i know its super bad for the skin..

In 2010, i'll make sure that i thoroughly remove all makeups &
clean my face every night before i sleep..
apply mask & regularly visit facial & spa =D

8) Get organized

Everything of me is so messy..
jus look at my desktop, my room, my wardrobe, my table, my life..
MESSY!!!

In 2010, everything of me will be more organized..
EVERYTHING!

9) Sleep earlier & wake up early

i woke up after 2pm everyday.. for the whole of December..

In 2010, as i mention above..
no matter how much i slp i'll still feel tired..
so i'll slp jus enough.. Work more & complain less..

10) haven thought of anything else..
so i shall keep dis slot open in case i think of something to add on later..

1st time taking Singapore Flyer..
i'm so excited!
& we got the whole cabin.. Woohoo~

its actually quite scary when u look downwards..
xmas deco..

after awhile u'll find that its actually not veri scary coz its veri stable..
& moving veri veri slowly..
& we're reaching the top soon!
When u reach the top.. the speaker will say..
"you've reach the maximum altitude of the flyer..
you are now at the top of the world!!!"

it'll take about half an hour to rotate 1 whole round..
& you'll find that its actually not long at all..

Conclusion..
i'll definitely go again..
& i think everybody should experience this at least once in ur lifetime =D

well~ i told myself.. i muz try to enjoy e camp although i know it'll b damn tiring..
1st day was alright.. although quite tiring..
den suddenly at evening.. i suddenly cough n cough n cough..
i quickly walk to e grass.. i cant breathe properly & i almost vomited..
it was so bad.. i cough until i see tears & i went to e toilet (still coughing non stop)
to wipe my tears & blow my nose..

den headache came.. i felt my head spinning..
it was still bearable until they start playing e night game..
my head really hurts & i need panadol..
so 1 of e faci brought mi to e nurse & e nurse ask mi to go home..
& she din gimme panadol -_-"

so e faci called a cab & acc mi home..
in fact sldn't even take a cab.. makes mi so giddy & nauseous..
(got car sickness since young -_-")
i kept my eyes close throughout e journey..
once i tried to peep to see where hav we reached & it makes mi wanna vomit..
when we reached amk area, i really cannot take it & ask e uncle to open e window..
usually i'll feel better but dis time its not working at all..
so i ask e uncle to drop mi at houg point clinic instead of my hse..
e doctor gimme a stronger cough syrup coz e last 1 seems like its not working..
& i got 3 days MC frm Mon - Wed
(Haiz.. missed e camp.. missed all e fun..)
Well.. i hope i can fully recover when i return to sch on Thurs..

So dis explain why i m "free" now.. Haiz~

Let begin with primary sch..

6 years in HIPS - Holy Innocents' Primary School..
a SAP school.. too many pros..
never had e chance go beyond 20th in class position..
but still manage to get into EM2 2nd class.. e 2th out of 7 classes.. which is not too bad..

did PSLE really badly but lucky enough..
there's an affiliated school HIHS - Holy Innocents High School..
My PSLE score, borderline pass e required score to enter e Express stream..

became veri lazy in sec sch..
really donoe how i survive sec 1 & sec 2 in Express stream..
neve pay attention in class, neve revise, no tuition..
NOTHING AT ALL!

but sec 3 wasn't so lucky..
my result was so lousy.. i was amoung e last 3 in class..
e other 2 retain sec 3 Express & i was given a chance to move on to sec 4 Express..

dis 1 really cannot depend on luck & no1 can give any chance..

went into Micromouse Lab.. 1 of e most outstanding project in NYP..
Joined in Aug & went for competition in Japan in Nov.. Air Ticket & everything FOC!!!

e interview was unexpected.. & i totally screw e whole thing up..

its a traditional French pastry..

i remembered eating my 1st ever macaron at FHA - Food & Hotel Asia..
Wooo~ DAMN SHIOK!

it melts in your mouth & Awww~
一种无法用言语表达.. 甜蜜，幸福的感觉..

especially e light green 1.. i donoe wad flavour isit..
e filling in e center is light brown in colour..
taste like chocolate.. mayb its hazel nut or something?

i can still remember how it melts in my mouth.. Awww~ *Drool~*

OKOK!!! i better stop thinking of it if not i'll wet my whole bed..

was browsing for e recipe & i finally found 1 which is the easiest..
So i shall share it with everybody..

Chocolate Macarons Recipe
(Makes about fifteen cookies)

Macaron Batter
- 1 cup (100 gr) powdered Sugar
- ½ cup powdered Almonds (50 gr, grinded/sliced almonds)
- 3 tablespoons (25 gr) unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder (if u wan choco flavour)
- 2 Large Egg Whites, at room temperature
- 5 tablespoons (65 gr) Granulated Sugar or Superfine Bakers Sugar or Caster Sugar
- few drops of Food Colouring (optional)

Chocolate Filling
½ cup (125 ml) Heavy Cream
2 teaspoons light Corn Syrup
4 ounces (120 gr) bittersweet or semisweet Chocolate, finely chopped
1 tablespoon (15 gr) Butter, cut into small pieces
Prune Filling
15 medium Prunes (pitted), about 5 ounces (150 gr) Prunes
2½ ounces (70 gr) best-quality Milk Chocolate, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Armagnac

Ok in fact the fillings r not important.. jus put anything u like will do..
most importantly is to get the batter right..
So.. take note of the steps below.. Gd Luck!

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (375 degrees F).

2. Line two baking sheets & have a pastry bag with a plain tip (about 1/2-inch, 2 cm) ready.

3. Grind together the powdered sugar with the almond powder & cocoa so there are no lumps; use a blender if almond that isn't quite fine enough.

4. Whisk egg whites in a clean, dry electric mixer bowl at medium speed until foamy.
Gradually beat in the granulated sugar & food colouring
until very stiff & firm, about 2 minutes.
The whites should be firm and glossy. Do not over beat at this stage.

5. Carefully fold the dry ingredients into the beaten egg whites with a flexible rubber spatula. When the mixture is just smooth and there are no streaks of egg white, stop folding and scrape the batter into the pastry bag.
(standing the bag in a tall glass helps if you're alone)

6. Pipe the batter on the parchment-lined baking sheets in 1-inch (3 cm) circles
(about 1 tablespoon each of batter), evenly spaced one-inch (3 cm) apart.

7. Bake them for 15-18 minutes. Let cool completely then remove from baking sheet.

TADAH!!!

decided to hav dinner together at amk hub fish & co..
the queue everywhere is so damn long..
& when we finally had a seat..
den they told us there is onli a valentine's day special menu today..

okok i know i look fat here..
gotta accept the fact that i really put on weight.. >.<luckily they got wad i wanted to eat.. My fav.. the best fish & chip~ Wooo~ really the best..
but also got that extra awful garden salad which i hate..
& the service is like shit.. the actually forgot about our ice water..

but wad makes mi feel better.. is the table beside us.. they r even more suey..
the main dish comes before the starter.. can u imagine?

they actually 4got about the starter n made them waited for so long..
den they serve the starter after the meal is served.. so the whole table is filled with food..

these few days i'm getting abit bad tempered (ok is alot more den abit.. =.=)

i really donoe why will i get angry or irritated that easily..

its like...

Totally out of control!!!

Eg1.

bf complain that i m getting fat..

i sld jus accept it with a smile & say:

"ok i will eat less & try to do more exercise to slim down.."

but instead.. i said:

"okok i know i m fat.." & when he ask mi out i jus said:

"i m too fat to go out.." "i don wanna see u.." "i don wanna hear your voice.. bb.."

Eg2.

mummy ask i play piano till wad time last night..

i said not too late & ask why..

she said some1 throw egg at our kitchen window.. mayb is bcoz i m disturbing our neighbour..

i donoe y i got super angry..

went to my room & SLAM the door super loud..

i thought back & i remembered my dad's tv is louder den my piano..

so i cannot be me disturbing..

i was thinking of throwing eggs(or soil or wadever shit.. don waste eggs..) at their door..

or go up & confront them..

i almost did the wrong thing man..

luckily i went downstairs & check & met the neighbour's son washing his bike downstairs..

so i ask if they drop any eggs last night..(in a polite way of coz..)

den found out its actually a group of malay guys nothing to do on xmas night & decided to waste some eggs.. (how stupid.. waste money waste egg..)

& my neighbour oso kena..

& they throw at many other pple's hse..

so i told my mum wad happen(in a very rude way) & said:

"See.. i told u its none of my business already.. nx time pls find out wad exactly happen b4 accusing me ok!"

but in fact.. she's jus asking..

GOSH!

wad m i doing man..

i cant control my temper.. SHYT!

(moodswing???)

Anyway, i'm on dieting competition with TC(my teriyaki chicken.. haha~)

2 weeks past & i think i din drop much..
i muz win win win~ hahaha~ (typical sinaporean.. KIASU..)

winner = $100

loose 5kg = $200

(everybody include my mum, aunties, bf's mum, bf's aunties, ex-classmates, anybody who haven seen me for awhile..)

seems like saying yes to everything will turn out to be something good..

so i'm gonna say "YES" to slimming down & controlling my temper..
